Here is my DT creation to give some inspiration.

I have used a 7x7 size card and a spellbinders border die for the cut out design on the right hand side of the card and used a tattered lace cup cake die for the topper on the left hand side of the card the ribbon is one of crafty ribbon designs and finally the greeting is one from hunkydory.
