Sassy Studio Designs DTBST196 Fall colors

Here is the last Dare To Be Sassy Thursday challenge for this month and the theme is to create something with Fall/Autumn colours all the information and more is over at Sassy Studio Designs Blog 

Here is my DT creation for this weeks challenge

I've coloured Red Hot Honey Image from make a wish selection of digi's with my alcohol pens embossed the background with a leaf embossing mask cut the boarder out with a EK Success punch and threaded some ribbon down the middle, cut the topper and greeting out using some metal dies then added some pearl gems into the corners.

Sassy September Halloween New Release Blog Hop

I've used some of my alcohol pens to colour this great new image and the papers I've used for this design to incorporate a Halloween theme are from Graphic45 new Steampunk selection. Sassy Studio Designs DTBST195 Ahoy Matey pirate

Its another Dare To Be Sassy Thursday challenge by Sassy Studio Designs the theme for this is Ahoy Mate Pirate 


This is my DT make 

The image I've coloured in with alcohol pens is Sailor Honey the papers used are from my Craft Artist Professional 2 Graphics Programme from one of the many digi kits I have loaded onto the graphics programme as well as all the embellishments used.

Sassy Studio Designs (DTBST194) Shabby Chic

Its time for another Dare To Be Sassy Thursday challenge over at 

Sassy Studio Designs Blog where the theme for this challenge is Shabby Chic.

This is  my DT make for this weeks theme.

Image I've used is Charlotte Sassy coloured with alcohol pens then cut using grand labels 4 spellbinders die in 2 different sizes to create the 2 layers, for the flowers again it was a spellbinders nesting set called Big Scalloped Circle. which was cut several times.

 I then cut 1 segment from one of the flowers then the second I cut 2 segments away and finally the 3rd I cut 3 segments away I then sprayed with some Crafters Companion Iridescent Glitter Spray  so when dry I attached each end of the flowers with the segments cut out together with wet glue I also did this on the others, once dry I then added a big blob of wet glue in the middle of the biggest flower and cut the end of the other 3 smaller flowers which I then layered ontop of each other then for the centre of the flower I used the segment from the first cut out piece from the first flower and curled it round stuck the ends together then cut the end so wasn't to long for the centre of the flower which then gave me the finished result. 

The leaves is another spellbinders die with some co co-ordinating stamps from heartfelt creations, the boarder is made using the tulip ek success boarder punch and again sprayed with crafters companion Iridescent glitter spray and mounted onto my card with a purple ribbon across the top.

Underneath the boarder and ribbon to the right of the card is some purple spiders web its very subtitle so my be missed when looking at the finished card.

Sassy Studio Designs DTBST193 Back to School

It Thursday again so this means there is another Dare To Be Sassy Thursday Challenge over on Sassy Studio Designs Blog It would be great if you could come and join in with this weeks challenge.

Here is my DT creation for this weeks DTBST Theme which is back to school.

I've designed this using my Craft Artist Professional 2 graphics programme from daisy trail and using some for my purchased digi kits I created this background for the 8x8 card and then dragged on the SSD digi image called Bubble Gum Sassy which was then coloured using my alcohol pens.

DTBST #192 Celebrate Labour Day

Here is another Dare To Be Sassy Thursday #192 Challenge the challenge for this week is to celebrate labour day and the theme for this is to create a project relating to a job/profession.

Here is my DT project.

The image I've used is Little Honey's Nurse Honey and coloured with alcohol pens to create this card I've added some clear acetate to the base card after I had embossed it with one of my A4 size embossing folders with a patchwork effect for the boarder I used a tonic boarder punch then added some red line supper sticky tape and applied some coordinating glitter to this. 

After this was done I cut the image out with a spellbinder shape and mounted on top of another fancy spellbinder shape and mounted this onto the front of the acetate and finally cut out a smaller spellbinder shape to mount onto the back of the acetate to cover up my glue then added the greeting's.

Best Of Luck To You

Here is a card made for my friends at work to sign in time for a girls leaving dooo this Friday I do hope they like it. 

To create this ive used one of creative expressions stamp sets by Heart Felt Creations for the topper I've used the corner stamp out of the set 

Sun Kissed Fleur Border & Corner PreCut Set and the background again is another Heartfelt creation stamp called 

Sun Kissed Fleur Background PreCut Set These stamps can also be purchased as part of a set with another couple of sets of stamps here is the link for these Sun Kissed Fleur Stamp Sets Multibuy 

Finally the greeting is also from one of the creative expressions Greeting stamp plates but I don't know what set ive used it from is called.

I then coloured the topper and background in using my spectrum noire alcohol pens and mounted both onto some purple card stock. to create the shaped edge to my card I've used one of spellbinders scalloped borders two dies.
