SSD February New Digi Image's Release Blog Hop

Hi Guys it's that time again over at Sassy Studio because there is a new release so to celebrate the release of new images for February we are having a blog hop to show case what us DT members have done with them to maybe give you talented crafting guys some inspiration.

Here is what I've Created using the new Valentine Honey Digi.

I've colored her with my alcohol pens and created the Gable box using the Sweet Treats Embossing Board From Crafters Companion UK  or 

Crafters Companion USA  and to get you started there are Youtube video's tutorials on how to make this box and the others with these boards.

Finally I have created the bow from a Tattered Lace Die ( Florentine Bow ) and the Hearts are from spellbinders.

Butterflies

Its the start of February which means there is a new challenge over at
 crafting musketeers  

The theme for this challenge is butterflies so you can create anything you like as long as it has butterflies incorporated on your creation. The Sponsor for this challenge is Dreamees so if you participate you could be selected to win this fantastic prize from Dreamees.

Here is my DT Creation

I've used my Craft Artist Professional to create this card the image is from a Fizzy Moon Digi kit that I then printed out and cut out the topper with some of my new spellbinders layering dies,
 the small butterflies are also cut from some of my other new spellbinders dies. 
I finally used a butterflies border bunch and cut out the printed paper lilies and added them to the card.

Purfect Love

SSD Sponsorship Brown Sugar Challenge # Embossing

Hello to all my followers  sassy sisters and sassy brother here is a card I've made for another challenge over at Brown Sugar sponsored by

 Sassy Studio Designs and the theme for this challenge is to create something using some type of Embossing on your creation.

Here is my SSD DT Card

I've use a A5 Size card and embossed the ivory Centura Pearl card from Crafters Companion Uk or Crafters Companion USA However they don't seem to have the ivory stock on the USA Site just the Snow White color. The embossing folder I've used is from Couture Creations called Tied Together but Im afraid this folder isn't available anymore, this I then matted and layered onto some red card and gold mirri card and did the same to the topper and the greetings.

I've colored the image and background with alcohol pens, the image and background is from Sassy Studio Designs Masquerade Ball unfortunately tho the ballroom background digi appears to not be available from 

Sassy Studio Designs Shop anymore. 

However you can take some inspiration from my design and add a different background either from SSD or from one of your own designs you have.

SSD Sponsorship Layer It Up

Here is my Sassy Studio Designs DT card for the challenge layer it up at Hobbycutz 

The image use is Boom Box Sassy who has been colored with alcohol pens the base card I've embossed with a crafters companion A4 size butterfly embossing folder then I cut the 2 boarders and topper from some new spellbinders dies that where launched at the CHA and aren't available to buy until the beginning of march this year.

Oh no eeeek Whoops Sorry for being a tease.

I then cut the vine from a cherry lyn die and added some red paper roses.

Crafting Musketeers Challenge #9 Grunge

Happy 2014 everyone I hope you have enjoyed seeing in the new year. I'm here today to let you all know that we have another monthly challenge over at 

Crafting Musketeers Challenge Blog  and the theme for this challenge is Grunge so you need to create something with a grunge theme.

I can safely say that as a crafter Im pleased to have finished this themed challenge due to it being out of my comfort zone, however im please with the finished result, plus I think it does you good to think out of the box from time to time so why not come and join in with this challenge even if its not your usual style you may surprise yourself with what you are capable of when you start and once you start I bet there will be no stopping you lol xx
