SSD Flashback Friday weekly FB Challenge

Hi guys another week has passed which means it's time for another SSD flashback Friday weekly challenge and this week we will be using Peggo 2 image so to get your at a discount for a week from 23.5.14 to  29.5.14 head on over to

Sassy Studio Designs FB Weekly Challenge

Well my goodness another week has passed in a blink of a eye so that means it's time for the second weekly Facebook Challenge.

Here is my DT Creation

The image I've colored with a mixture of alcohol pens and colored pencils to create the card I have stuck two A4 size cards folded in half back to back the scored the flap on each end in half and folded back to give me this shaped card then just added some mats and layers card the patterned I have embossed with a button embossing folder and then sprayed with some of Crafters Companion Diamond Spray to give it a pearlised effect. 

Then for the Letters bib,rattle,bottle and teddy I have used my Brother Scan N Cut machine to cut out all of these and all these are pre loaded images with in the machine you just need to decide what color card stock you want to cut then out of.

Facebook Monthly Challenge Cinco de Mayo 15.5.14 - 14.6.14

Hi I hope everyone is well and having a good week? I have another SSD DT card I've made for this Months Facebook Monthly Challenge theme for this being Cinco De Mayo.

The image I've used you can buy from Sassy Studio Designs Shop at a Discounted price so why not go and get hold of yours then join in with all the fun of this challenge.

I've have colored her using my alcohol pens and cut out with my brother 

Scan N Cut machine, for the background I used my bunting embossing folder and highlighted with various colors of alcohol pens and finally for the streamers just drew some swirls  free hand again in various colors, this is how the end result background was created.

Flashback Friday FB Weekly Challenge 9.11.14

Hi Guys we are shaking things up a bit with the Facebook page by starting to have not just a monthly challenge but a weekly one also every Friday called flashback Friday where we will be re introducing some of the older images to make a project with and this week we will be using  # 1 MOM  and for each week of a new FB challenge the image will be discounted for the week so from the Friday to the Thursday.

Crafting Musketeers May 2014 Challenge #13 Anything But Square

Hi Guys we are now in the month of May I can't quite believe it, as this year is just whizzing passed far to quick for my liking.

Anyway onto the important stuff as its the beginning of a new month that means it time for another month long challenge over at 

Crafting Musketeers Challenge Blog and the theme for this months challenge is to create anything you like as long as its not square.

The sponsor for this months challenge is Katy Sue Designs and there is this fab Cd up for grabs for 1 lucky winner but you need to be in it to win it as they say.

Here is my DT creation.

I've used 2 scalloped circle & welded together then cut out using my brother scan n cut machine then cut a smaller scalloped circle to mat and layer ontop of the base shaped card then cut the fence and banner using the built in images in the brother scan n cut machine then drew the word sister with the pen holder again for the brother scan n cut machine and finally the topper is from the Katy Sue Designs Simpler Times CD Rom. This give you the finished result you see in the picture.
